Batican's preferred shipping method is USPS with insurance. All Batican frames are shipped with the greatest of care using quality packing materials.

We currently only ship to the United States, Europe and Japan. If you do not live in these areas please contact us and we can see if we can fulfill your needs.

Ready Made Frames are subject to a 20% restocking fee and store credit will be issued in the case of a return.
In the event that an order arrives damaged or destroyed please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power to fix the issue and repair or replace your order.
