This is a Dutch Ripple Tabernacle Frame, or “Ripplenacle” with 16k Gold Lip, size 14x17 with heavy distress and Craquelure. Below are more angles of this frame.
I had the honor of making four of these frames for the wonderful Symi Jackson, President of Rosemary Brushes. (My favorite brush manufacturer.) There are four identical versions of this same frame pictured below. To the right is the top right corner sample. The “Ripplenackle” is the first of its kind built in this configuration, and adorned with Genuine Dutch Ripple Molding made by Tom Mathews of WWW.RIPPLEMOLDING.COM
